At VOWE London, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your order. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. VOWE London has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@vowelonden.com.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch with our customer service team. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. VOWE London is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

All VOWE London orders are carefully packaged in our signature branded packaging. We use sustainable materials wherever possible to minimise our environmental impact.
