At VOWE London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible
Free UK Returns
Returns within the United Kingdom are free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return label via email.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently operate a return-and-reorder system. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or colour.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vowelonden.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
