Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size, and add items to your bag. When ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose your preferred payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (Pay Later), and Bancontact. All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, we begin processing your order and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at info@vowelonden.com if you need to make changes.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! VOWE London gift cards are available in various denominations. They can be purchased online and are delivered digitally via email. Gift cards never expire.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Is shipping free?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €100 within the EU. Orders under €100 have a flat shipping rate of €5.95 (Netherlands) or €7.95 (rest of EU).

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. You can also track your order through your account page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and free from odours or stains.

How do I return an item?

Email us at returns@vowelonden.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label (free within NL, reduced rate for EU). Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Contact us at info@vowelonden.com with your order number and preferred size. Subject to availability, we'll arrange the exchange. If the desired size is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.

Are sale items final sale?

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. All other sale items follow our standard 30-day return policy.

Products & Sizing

How do your sizes run?

Our pieces are designed for a modern, slightly relaxed fit. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in centimeters. When between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look or up for a relaxed silhouette.

How should I care for my VOWE pieces?

Care instructions are printed on every garment label and listed on each product page. As a general guideline: wash cold (30°C), hang dry, iron on low. Premium knitwear and structured pieces may require dry cleaning — always check the label first.

Are your products sustainably made?

We're committed to responsible production. We use organic and recycled materials where possible, partner with ethical manufacturers, and use recyclable packaging. We publish transparency reports on our sourcing and production practices.

Will items that are sold out come back in stock?

Popular items are often restocked. Sign up for "Back in Stock" notifications on the product page to be the first to know when your size becomes available again.
